My Board is not providing me with the support I need. I do not feel confident about consistently delegating projects to my team. I do not have a trusted sounding board to help me figure things out. The constant and competing demands leaves me little time to plan. It is hard to get comfortable with the performative aspects of my job. We are constantly struggling for funding. I sometimes doubt myself and get stuck in my own mind. I have yet to build strong partnerships.
